The Town of Southwest Ranches Town Council will meet in an executive session on Thursday, September 3, 2015 beginning at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in the Town of Southwest Ranches Grand Oak Conference Room in Town Hall, located at 13400 Griffin Road, Southwest Ranches, Florida.

Pursuant to Section 286.011(8), Florida Statutes, the Town Council of the Town of Southwest Ranches, Florida, will meet in a Closed Attorney/Client Executive Session to discuss strategy and/or strategy relating to litigation expenditures related to the pending litigation in the following cases:

2. Town of Southwest Ranches, et al. v. City of Pembroke Pines
Case No. 2015-008766 (Concrete Barrier on 54th Place)

4. Town of Southwest Ranches v. Immigration & Customs Enforcement
Case No. 1:15-cv-21924-DPG (Seeking ICE Testimony)
5. Corrections Corporation of America v. City of Pembroke Pines
Case No. 4D14-4815 (CCA’s Case Against Pines)

The executive session will be attended by Mayor Jeff Nelson, Vice Mayor Freddy Fisikelli, Council Member Steve Breitkreuz, Council Member Gary Jablonski, Council Member Doug McKay, Town Administrator Andrew Berns, and the Town’s attorneys. The session will be recorded by a certified court reporter, and a copy of the transcript will be available at the conclusion of each case.
