Rolling Oaks Park

17630 SW 56 Street, Southwest Ranches, FL 33331

Welcome to the Rolling Oaks Passive Open Space Park! This lovely 46-acre open space was purchased by the Town in 2001. Upon the two large open sections, great, old ficus trees have been growing for decades.

The Rolling Oaks Park is passive in nature.  Currently, users are encouraged to enjoy the peaceful vista offered here.  Parking is available at the barn. Multi-Use/Equestrian Trails run along the park’s northern, southern, and western boundaries, joining with the trail along SW 178 Avenue/Mather Boulevard.  The western pasture is open for your equestrian-riding and dog-walking enjoyment.  Freshwater fishing access is available at the Property’s southern boundary.

Other amenities onsite include: butterfly garden and fitness trail, enhanced wetlands, archaeological information, and our beautifully restored and repurposed barn, now a community facility available for rental.

Future development is planned to include a public art feature carved from one of the site’s decades-old oak trees, stricken by lightning in 2023.
